Process:

1. Clients contact us via phone, email, social media platforms or website form.

2. Schedule a free house visit at a convenient time.

3. During the visit:

Assess the property size and cleaning requirements.

Discuss specific areas of concern and client preferences.

Estimate the number of hours required and provide a tentative quote.

4. Record client details and cleaning requirements in our booking system.

 

Step 2: Confirmation Email & Agreement

Formalize the agreement and ensure client understanding.

Process:

1. Send a confirmation email to the client, containing:

Agreed cleaning hours and days.

Draft schedule for the first cleaning.

Contract, including terms and conditions.

Cleaning checklist to set clear expectations.

2. Request client review and acknowledgment of the contract and checklist.

3. Allow clients to ask questions or request adjustments before the first cleaning.

 

Step 3: First (Trial) Cleaning:

Demonstrate quality and ensure client satisfaction.

Process:

1. Schedule the first cleaning session at the agreed time and date.

2. Encourage client feedback after the session.

 

Step 4: Client Satisfaction & Contract Signing:

Confirm long-term commitment and finalize the contract.

Process:

1. If the client is satisfied with the trial cleaning:

Proceed to finalize and sign the contract for ongoing cleaning services.

Confirm regular cleaning schedule and any recurring payment setup.

2. Update our system to reflect active client status.

3. If the client requests adjustments, revise the service plan accordingly.
